Founded by Jay Guiford in 1996, Jayco Construction is a family owned business that specializes in residential new construction, total home renovation and custom remodels.  Jay has been in the construction Industry for over 35 years since receiving his BS in Building Construction at the University of Florida. 

 

Susy Guilford has always been irreplaceable as his top adviser, in charge of marketing and office management.  On top of all that she does for Jayco, she runs her own successful full time real estate buisness with North Group Realty in the Triangle and In Carteret County.
